As an American expat, choosing to settle in Robidišče, I'm humbled to be standing on the shoulders of those who have lived and loved and struggled here.
I was delighted to host a New Year's Day brunch for many members and friends of the village. We laughed, we ate, we drink, we announced our intention for the year. We supported each other. We deepened our connections. A significant start to 2023. Adults and children alike shared their visions. A post-it note tapestry was woven in this Westernmost village.
